How much does it cost to deliver a bounce house?

Nothing. We only service a small number of cities in the north texas area so delivery is free.

What if the weather is bad on my party/event date?

If the weather will interfere with safety, such as high winds or heavy rain and lightening, we will cancel all reservations and attempt to reschedule your event if possible. If the forecast calls for scattered or isolated rain, the choice is yours on whether to cancel or keep your reservation. Keep in mind that we do not offer rain checks or refunds once the equipment has been set up. If you choose to keep your reservation and your event is "rained out," you are required to pay the contract amount in full. It actually creates more work for us to deal with wet equipment.

How much does a rental cost?

Our rental prices vary, per unit, but our rentals start right around $125 plus sales tax. Please see current prices on the "Our Bounce Houses" page. Also,be sure to check our "Specials" Page for current specials on bounce house rentals.

How long is my rental for?

We have two rental periods for you to choose from, a Half-day and a Full-day. Our Half-day period is a 4-hour rental period for either the morning or afternoon. We generally schedule the rentals starting a 8am for the morning period and 2:30pm for the afternoon period. We generally will arrive within1/2 hour or one hour of the rental period to set-up (setup time is not counted towards your rental period).

Our Full-day rental period is a period of 8 hours. Like the half-day period, our Full-day period generally starts around 8am. We can be flexible on this time depending on our other rental bookings, please call us if you have a special time so that we can make proper arrangements

When should I book my party or event?

We suggest that you book your party/event as soon as you can. We can take reservations up to one year. Also, it is never too late to book your bounce house, we have cancellations from time-to-time so give us a call we might have one open for you last minute.

How much space do i need for a bounce house?

Bounce house's are about 13x13 or 15x15 but most jumpers take up more than that. You should allow for at least 8 feet of room in addition to the size of the bounce house. So if you are interested in renting a 15x15 foot bounce house, you should have at least 23x23 feet of room to place the bouncer. You also need 4 feet in the back for the air tube. The air tube is flexible & only 18" in diameter. It's usually not a problem finding a place around the backside of bounces house the air tube and blower if space is limited.

Does the bounce house have to be set up on grass?

Yes, the bounce house needs to be set up on a grassy surface. We cannot typically se-up a bounce on any hard surface like concrete, asphalt, or even dirt. These surfaces could potentially puncture the bounce house material. However, we do make considerations to this rule, please call us with any special needs and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes, we carry insurance that exceeds the inflatable party rental standard. And we can provide proof to the city if a rental is on public property. Again please call us for more information.

Does there have to be an adult present to supervise the bounce house?

Yes, there has to be someone 18 years of age or older present at all times when children are using the bounce house. This rule is also in the rental agreement contract.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 20% security deposit to ensure that your bounce house unit is reserved for the date of your event. We also ask that we have a credit card on file before the unit is delivered or that payment is made before the unit is set up. The security deposit is fully refundable as long as you abide by our cancellation policy.

What are your methods of payment?

We are very flexible as far as payment. We accept Cash, Company / Business Checks, and Credit Cards (Visa, MC or Discover,). No amex or personal check

Can a bounce house be setup indoors?

Yes, we do set-up our units indoors, assuming that the space is large enough to accommodate the unit. Spaces that are typically large enough include gyms, stages, shopping malls, and convention halls.

Can I rent a bounce house until late in the evening or overnight?

Yes, we are very flexible concerning our rental periods. However, if we fell that the unit will not be safe in the late evening or overnight, we reserve the right to deny such rentals.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 20% deposit for any reservation of our bounce units. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel the reservation 7 days prior to your rental date. Naturally, this does not apply to cancellations due to weather or unsafe conditions.
